Our practice operates with fixed appointments to avoid waiting times and to take sufficient time for your treatment. If you cannot attend an appointment, we ask you to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of unexcused absence or last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of between 150-200 Fr. (depending on the type of appointment) if the appointment could not be reallocated on short notice.
